We're so glad that you are interested in our community, and look forward to getting to know you! We'll begin by introducing you to some of our expectations of members, and learning about your expectations of us.

Pathways is a participatory, self-managed community, and these questions help us understand how you plan to engage in the community's shared life, work, and decision-making.

We believe a thriving community comes from active participation; in our community, this includes a minimum of 4 hours of community work monthly, participation at General Meetings and community Work Days, and committee membership.

This questionnaire supports mutual understanding of right-fit for Pathways Cohousing, and is the first step in joining our waiting pool.

Pathways relies on its members contributing time, energy, and skills to both community work and decision-making. How do you anticipate integrating this kind of participation into your current life?
