Pathways consists of 24 homes; 6 free-standing units and 18 duplexes. When houses are available for sale, they are first offered to members of our wait pool. Follow the steps below to be placed on the Pathways Cohousing waiting pool.

Let's connect! Our prospective member inquiry form will guide you through some preliminary questions and get you connected to our membership & home sales team.

3. GET IN THE POOL
The membership team will follow up to speak to you by phone and offer a community tour. (Or share our video tour if distance makes an in-person tour difficult.) Following that, you'll be added to our wait pool for future opportunities to join.
